RefectoCil – No. 2.1 – Deep Blue creates a long-lasting, beautiful open look for people with light blonde to blonde hair. It can be mixed with RefectoCil Red to create a dark violet look. When used on people with dark hair, there will be little visible difference.
After tinting, the eyelashes appear noticeably fuller; the tint accentuates their full length, which is often slightly bleached by the sun and water. The color enhances highlights and lengthens short lashes. It adds shine to dull hairs and refreshes graying lashes and eyebrows. Dyed eyebrows take on a more intense color and a fuller appearance. The eyes appear more vibrant and expressive—even without makeup. The best results are achieved with regular application of the tint. Contents: 15 ml. Enough for approximately 30 applications.
