Shipping Methods and Terms and Conditions

Ginkel’s Cosmetica ships most of its goods via DHL. DHL has two shipping channels:

DHL Express:
We use DHL Express to handle large packages, pallet shipments, and deliveries to (large) business addresses.
A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is present who is authorized to sign for the goods.
If you are not home during the first delivery attempt, DHL will try again the next business day. After two unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to the sender.
DHL Express delivers Monday through Friday (on Saturdays, only express packages are delivered for an additional fee).

DHL Parcel:
Small packages and home deliveries to residential or small business customers are handled by DHL Parcel. If you are not home, DHL will leave the package for you at the nearest DHL Servicepoint. You will then receive a notification from DHL via email, text message, or a notice in your mailbox.
The first delivery in the Netherlands takes place approximately 1 business day after we ship the package. DHL Parcel delivers Monday through Saturday. In Belgium, BPost will handle delivery on behalf of DHL. This usually takes one day longer.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs for NL/BE/LU/DU are €10.00, excluding VAT. For orders totaling €100 or more, excluding VAT, we offer free shipping to one address within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Germany
Shipping costs for France are €20.00, excluding VAT. For orders totaling €100 or more (excluding VAT), we offer free shipping to one address within France.

Return Policy:
Retail Customers: You may exercise your right of withdrawal. You may return undamaged and unopened packages within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Once we have received and inspected the goods, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Business customers: You do not have the right to cancel. This legal provision does not apply to business transactions.
