Account
How do I create a business account?
We supply business customers in the beauty industry. With a business account, you can shop at business rates and prices. Do you have a VAT number? If so, your account will be automatically validated. Are you a startup, a student, or do you work without a VAT number? Please send an email to info@ginkels.nl with your details and a diploma or proof of enrollment. Individuals cannot create a business account.

Ordering & Delivery
What is the delivery time?
We strive to ship orders placed and paid for on business days before 12:00 p.m. on the same day. The shipping carrier usually delivers the next business day.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €100, excluding VAT. For orders under that amount, shipping costs €10. Do you live near Harlingen? If so, you can pick up your order by appointment through the online store.
Are there any minimum purchase requirements or contracts?
No, you’re not tied to any contracts or minimum purchase requirements. You simply order what you need, whenever it’s convenient for you.
Service
What if a product or package is defective?
Is a product damaged, is a pump not working properly, or are you not satisfied? Please contact us at info@ginkels.nl. We’ll work with you to find a suitable solution and replace the product if necessary.
Account
Can I return products?
Orders cannot be returned without prior approval. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us first—we’d be happy to help you find a solution.
Do you have a store or showroom?
We do not have a physical store or showroom. We ship directly from our production facility to the end user.
Do you guys exhibit at trade shows?
Yes, we exhibit at various trade shows in the Netherlands and Belgium. There, you can try out our products and get personalized advice. Keep an eye on our newsletter and social media for the latest dates.
Products
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are not tested on animals. Under European law, cosmetic products that have been tested on animals may not be placed on the market.
Are your products paraben-free?
Yes. Parabens are preservatives that extend a product’s shelf life and inhibit bacterial growth. Due to changing legislation and public debate, parabens are under scrutiny. That is why Ginkel’s Cosmetics has not used parabens since 205.
Are your products 100% natural?
Not always. For us, skin-friendliness, safety, and practicality are always our top priorities. If this can be achieved using 100% natural ingredients, we naturally choose that option. After all, nature offers many valuable and effective raw materials.
At the same time, natural ingredients aren’t necessarily safer than less natural alternatives. In fact, natural extracts can actually cause allergic reactions more often than carefully formulated ingredients. You’ll find a complete list of ingredients for every product in our online store. This allows you to make an informed choice that meets your needs and those of your customers.
Are your products suitable for resale in my salon?
Yes, our products are suitable for professional use and for sale in salons. As a business customer, you’ll purchase them at business rates.
Can I request samples?
Yes, when you place your order , you can add promotional materials and samples for a small fee. These are available from our Face Care lines and a selection of pedicure products. This way, you can experience their effects and texture for yourself in a real-world setting.
Private label
Do you offer private label products?
