RefectoCil – No. 4.1 – Red is the perfect color for warm skin tones. Mix RefectoCil Red No. 4.1 with the other RefectoCil colors to add extra warmth to the shade. Bleach the eyebrow before dyeing it—you’ll be surprised by the beautifully intense red color.

After tinting, the eyelashes appear noticeably fuller; the tint accentuates the full length of the eyelashes, which are often slightly bleached by the sun and water. The color enhances highlights and lengthens short lashes; it adds shine to dull hairs and refreshes graying lashes and eyebrows. Dyed eyebrows take on a more intense color and a fuller appearance. The eyes appear more vibrant and expressive—even without makeup. The best results are achieved with regular application of the tint. Contents: 15 ml. Enough for approximately 30 applications.
