RefectoCil – No. 3 – Brown is a natural, dark brown shade. Add RefectoCil No. 4.1 Red to create warmth and depth in the color for warm color types, or add RefectoCil No. 1.1 Gray to remove the warmth from the color for cool color types.
After tinting, the eyelashes appear noticeably fuller; the tint accentuates the full length of the eyelashes, which are often slightly bleached by the sun and water. The color enhances highlights and lengthens short lashes; it adds shine to dull hairs and refreshes graying lashes and eyebrows. Dyed eyebrows take on a more intense color and a fuller appearance. The eyes appear more vibrant and expressive—even without makeup. The best results are achieved with regular application of the tint. Contents: 15 ml. Enough for approximately 30 applications.
