RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Liquid is a must-have for dyeing eyelashes and/or eyebrows. When used in combination with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow dye, the 3% oxidant liquid ensures perfect color coverage. The 100 ml bottle is good for approximately 200 applications and remains effective down to the last drop. This 3% Oxidant Liquid is a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. This liquid ensures that the eyelash and eyebrow dye adheres optimally to the hairs.
